All calculators, estimates, and cost figures provided on RealCostIQ are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, tax, construction, or professional advice of any kind.

4. Embedding Our Calculators

We permit embedding our calculators on third-party sites via the iframe or script snippets provided at realcostiq.com/embed, free of charge, provided that:

  • The embed is used unmodified, including the "Powered by RealCostIQ" attribution link
  • The calculator is not presented as your own product or as professional advice
  • The embed is not placed on sites promoting unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content

We may revoke embedding permission at any time and are not liable for downtime or changes to embedded content.

5. User Conduct

By using this Site, you agree not to:

RealCostIQ does not currently display advertising, sponsored content, or affiliate links. If we do so in the future, any such content will be clearly and conspicuously labeled in accordance with FTC guidelines and applicable law. We will not recommend a product or service for compensation without disclosing that relationship.

Arbitration Opt-Out

You may opt out of the arbitration and class action waiver provisions above by notifying us within 30 days of first using the site or within 30 days of any material update to these Terms. To opt out, email Support@RealCostIQ.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out." If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms
